Professor Sven Horak, St. John’s University New York, works in the area of global management, organization, and leadership. His research examines informal structures and the drivers and ideals of informal networking. A German native, he has been living in New York for the past ten years and previously worked in academia and industry in Germany, Korea, and Japan.
