HPI Sets a Sign for More Diversity in IT: empowerHER+ Conference at HPI in January 2024

In January 2024, the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) invites you to Potsdam for the second empowerHER+ conference. The conference to promote women in IT was launched with the aim of bringing together young talent and experts in the industry to discuss how to shape a more diverse tech future.
At the empowerHER+ conference on January 25 and 26, 2024, the Hasso Plattner Institute will bring speakers to the stage who are shaping innovation, driving research forward and taking the digital future to the next level. This year’s thematic focus is on artificial intelligence and cyber security, among others. In addition to exciting panels, opportunities to network and the joint development of solutions take center stage. Because empowerment is a joint project, all genders are welcome at the conference.
As a partner of the conference, HPI is once again supported by the #SheTransformsIT initiative. Since the Federal Government’s Digital Summit 2020, it has been working with leading representatives from politics, business, science and civil society to promote women in digitalization.
